In September 2006 we achieved the First National Gold Award for Best Practice standards, which is unique in the real estate industry.
Astoundingly around 90% of real estate agencies in Australia and New Zealand have no quality assurance, no systems, no procedures. 

We understand why our competitors may not be quality assured. The work required to achieve this award is considerable and requires our office to implement systems which help the business consistently meet customer requirements and checking that these processes work as intended.  This involves training and extensive auditing throughout the year, ultimately resulting in an annual external audit.
