During this time, we have not once had any worries about how our property is being looked after by current tenants as we both know that Maryanne has high expectations of all her tenants to keep the rental property in a neat and orderly fashion. We have found Maryanne to be extremely approachable and reliable and responds to our requests in a timely and efficient manner which, by living interstate, is extremely important to feel comfortable with our property manager.
