Applying for a Rental Property
If you are interested in applying for a property to rent through our office, please read through the following requirements.
A copy of the necessary Application For Tenancy can be downloaded and printed off via the PDF document.
This completed application form, together with copies of your relevant identification (as below) can then be faxed to (07) 3281 7838, or emailed to rentals@actionrealty.com.au (please ensure all copies are of a high standard)

Delivered to our office at: 93 Brisbane St Ipswich (across the road from Subway). Customer parking is located at the rear of our office (cnr East St) for your convenience.
Prior to An Application
- Please find the general tenancy agreement including any special terms for each property behind the listing page in the properties for rent folder at reception.
- The standard terms and conditions are also available in the back of this folder. You must read these thoroughly before applying for any properties with our agency.
- You must view the property by driving past. Some homes may still be tenanted. Please respect the privacy of our tenants and do not enter the yard.
- Make an appointment to view the home internally with the relevant Property Manager.
- Prior to viewing the home, please complete the Visitor's Registration form. This is necessary for security purposes.
Once you have completed the steps above, please feel free to make an application for the property.
